TaskBerry is a web-based day planner designed to help individuals plan their workday, manage tasks, track time, and use an AI assistant to organise their work more effectively. The service is available at taskberry.app and is operated by Groeien met Gydo, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 81071698, VAT: NL003525719B18), located at Van Houweningenstraat 70, 1052 TR Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
TaskBerry is offered on three plans: Free, Starter (€1.95/month), and Pro (€4.95/month). Each plan provides access to different features as described in Section 4 and on the pricing page.
By creating an account or using the TaskBerry service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use TaskBerry. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To access TaskBerry, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
Each account is for a single individual. Account sharing with multiple users is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
TaskBerry is available on the following plans. The current feature set for each plan is detailed on the pricing page.
The Free plan provides basic day planning and task management. It includes a limited feature set and is intended for individual users who want to try TaskBerry at no cost. The Free plan does not include access to the AI assistant or advanced productivity features.
The Starter plan includes access to the AI assistant and a set of advanced features designed to support a more structured workday. This plan is billed monthly at €1.95 inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.
The Pro plan includes all features available in TaskBerry, including the hours overview, CSV export, and value statement generation. This plan is billed monthly at €4.95 inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust the features included in each plan at any time. Where changes materially reduce what a paid plan offers, we will provide advance notice as described in Section 16.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise TaskBerry to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Under EU consumer law (implemented in the Netherlands via Artikel 6:230o BW), you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe to a paid plan.
However, by activating your subscription and immediately accessing paid features, you expressly request immediate performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with Article 6:230p(c) BW.
This acknowledgement is confirmed during the checkout process. If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, do not activate paid features immediately after subscribing.
If you wish to withdraw before accessing any paid features, contact us at support@taskberry.app within 14 days of subscribing and we will issue a full refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page in the app. A "Cancel subscription" option is available directly in your account settings — no need to contact support.
You retain all rights to the content you create within TaskBerry, including tasks, notes, context, and other data you input ("Your Content").
By using the service, you grant TaskBerry a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use your task content or personal data for marketing purposes or to train AI models.
